At Pahru, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality products sourced directly from the pahad. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To raise a return request, please contact us with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods (food, herbs, consumables) once opened
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@pahru.com
- Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach supporting images
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days
If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- We will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
- Replacements are subject to product availability
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method
- Contact your bank or payment provider
